Note: it is subject to change at any time without any prior notice and If seller stay outside dhaka city , Home delivery service will not be mandatory.
The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by Aladinerprodip.com. Delivery might be delayed
due to force majeure event, National disaster which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc
Delivery policy:
1.Home Delivery is only available inside Dhaka city ,Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj city . No request will be accepted to deliver product before or exact clocking time. Home delivery is not available for Smartphone, bike, and bulk item. we will take different secured method to deliver this product.
2. For outside Dhaka city, No home delivery is available and no complained is accepted regarding home delivery issue for outside Dhaka. For outside Dhaka-product will be delivered by courier service , No request will be accepted to deliver by your expected courier service. sometimes your product may deliver by home delivery provider for outside Dhaka, but its not our committed service.
For outside Dhaka shipment ,If Customer don’t receive the parcel from office and insisted to return the parcel regarding home delivery issue ,
return charge will be deducted from customer payment .
3. After pre-book any item and food or snacks item with successful payment, no request will be accepted for cancelling order and no refund will make for these item .
4. For food item , If customer didn’t response to phone call during delivery time and if food product become damaged due to unable of receiving by customer ,aladinerprodip.com will not responsible for damaging and no refund will be made for such a situation. if any customer didn't provide full address and cause any fail to deliver due to inaccurate address ,no refund will be made for such a situation.
5. We have no same day delivery system .
6. if the product is stock out or sourcing delay , the delivery action will be cancelled and customer payment amount will be reverse according refund policy.
Note: Delivery days will be count as a official days. No holidays will be included for counting days. If any customer don't received your product within 30 days after promised delivery time, you are requested to submit a complain to Hotline-01906056399 or mail us- support@bazar.com.bd
