1.1 Customer satisfaction is the only goal of Bazar.com.bd. We will notify you by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the order if you fail to serve customers due to any unpleasant situation. If Bazar.com.bd fails to provide any of the services mentioned in the refund, your price will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days.

1.2 The Authority will refund your value if:

A. If market.com.bd is unable to deliver the product due to unavailability or any other reason

B. If the user returns a paid product

C. Bazar.com.bd will be obliged to refund your paid price if the product is changed or damaged during delivery, and Bazar.com.bd is unable to deliver it.

D. Bazar.com.bd re-confirms your order before delivery and cannot be changed after delivery.

E. Depending on the current state of Bazar.com.bd, the online refund process can take up to 8-10 business days.
